PHILOSOPHY
It is my personal belief that self-care is a fundamental element of our general well-being. Natural therapies such as Reiki can improve our relationship with the body and soul, bring balance to the mind, and empower us to take control of our wellness. My specialty is in energy work combined with sound healing and crystal therapy techniques to support your wellbeing and the body’s natural healing abilities. When we release our stress we make space for wellness. Kayla provides a unique therapeutic service combining Reiki energy healing in tandem with crystal sound bowls and crystal therapy.
